Construct a builder based on an existing configuration.

Parameters

state
Type: org.opendof.core.oalDOFServerState
The server state to use for builder initial state. Must not be null.
Remarks
Construct a builder based on an existing configuration. This allows a new, modified configuration to be build based on the values in an existing configuration.

Note that the name is not copied. Users must decide whether to set the name or not.
