Parameters

timeout
Type: SystemInt32
Maximum time to wait, in milliseconds, for the server to be started. Note, however, that the server may still start if the underlying transport cannot cancel the request. Must be >= 0. Zero is allowed, in which case the operationListener is immediately called indicating the current state.
operationListener
Type: org.opendof.core.oalDOFServerStartOperationListener
An associated completion operationListener. This may be null.

Return Value

Type: DOFOperationStart
The new operation, or null if there is a related server that won't start.
Remarks
Start a server, waiting up to timeout for the server to be started. However, control may be returned to the caller while the server is started. The call may also establish a operationListener routine with associated context data that will be called when the server has started.

Will also start any related server using the specified parameters..
