Set the maximum send silence time.

Parameters

maxSendSilence
Type: SystemInt32
The maximum send silence in milliseconds. Must be greater than 0.

Return Value

Type: DOFConnectionConfigBuilderPoint
The builder.
Remarks
Set the maximum send silence time. If no packet is sent for whatever reason during this period of time, then a "heartbeat" or "ping" will be sent.

The default is Config.DEFAULT_HUB_POINT_MAX_SEND_SILENCE .

Optimally, the max receive silence should be much greater (at least 20 seconds greater) than the max send silence on the other end of the connection.

This does not apply to connections of type Type.GROUP or Type.HUB .
