Create an DOFObjectID from a byte[] of data at an offset.

Syntax

public static DOFObjectID create(
	byte[] data,
	int offset
)

data: Type: SystemByte
The data to create the identifier from. There may be addition data in the array but after the object identifier that will be ignored. This must not be null.
offset: Type: SystemInt32
The offset into the data where the identifier begins. This must not be negative.

Type: DOFObjectID
The newly created object identifier.
