Shutdown the COS.
This should be called after use of the COS is complete, before the program terminates. This will also call DOS_NodeDown (to cancel any outstanding operations within the network), and will cancel and destroy any outstanding saved operations. No further calls can be made into the COS after this. It is expected that the application terminates and/or the platform reboots at this point.
